As a young child, my daughter had a book of
riddles complete with illustrations. She laughed through most of them as
we read them together. This one in particular never received even a
chuckle. The picture showed several small children climbing down a long
ladder leaning on a oversized elephant. It wasn't until years later that
she admitted that she could never figure out what the duck had to do
with the elephant.
